Strawberry Picking

Hi, everyone!  I wanted to share a few photos I took today when we went strawberry picking at the local fruit farm!  We had such a great time together!!

When we lived in Virginia when Nadia was wee little, we went strawberry picking together, and she just wasn’t having it!  She pretty much just stood there drinking a cup of milk I brought and waited (im)patiently for us to get done with it already.  😉  This time around, though, she loved it!!

…. and Lambie had a great time “helping” us, too.  😉

And just fyi- these strawberries are stinkin’ scrumptious.  😉  I can’t wait until the blueberries are ready to pick at the farm.

what i loved most though- is your daughters lambie! my 11 year old had that very same lambie- these photos took me back in time this morning! i actually have 2 of them for some reason- both put away in her keepsake box. thank you for taking me back in time to revisit some fond memories this morning.

Thanks so much!!! And that’s awesome your daughter had the same Lambie!!! Unfortunately for us, we only have one and that one in particular was discontinued soon after… sooooo, let’s just say that we treat Lambie like another child. hahaha! I always tell people the story about how we once were at the beach when we lived at the ocean, and suddenly Nadia started crying and yelled out “Lambie!” and I turned to see her being sucked out into the water. I didn’t even think for a second before diving in and “saving” her…. and my swimming skills are spotty at best. LOL! If only we had a backup! 😉 XOXOXO
